SOUND HEALING by TONING
Sunday, May 17 Noon to 4pm
Experience and practice TONING, a gently powerful method of supporting ourselves and others with intuitive sounds.
This four hour workshop is led by Margy Henderson who has, for many years, used sound for healing, end of life comfort, meditation and ritual.
Join this circle of open hearted explorers. Any level of experience is plenty. It’s remarkable how effective TONING is by its Nature. Our willingness to open our mouths and allow sounds to emerge, while keeping our ear to how we feel in our own bodies and generous hearts, is all it takes to co-create a non-performance healing chorus. It’s fun. It is transformative.
