NATHANSON CREEK PRESERVE COMMUNITY WORKSHOP


The Sonoma Ecology Center will be facilitating a community design workshop for the Nathanson Creek Preserve River Parkway.

Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at the Sonoma Community Center, 276 East Napa Street from 6 – 7:30 p.m. in room 110.

At this event members of the public will be provided with a brief overview of the project and asked to comment on potential design elements for the site which runs from East MacArthur at 2nd Street East to Fine Avenue. Members of the public will also be invited to join the all-volunteer Nathanson Creek Task Force. These Task Force members will help guide plans for tree planting, interpretive kiosks, bike racks, benches, picnic facilities, and ways to meet ongoing stewardship needs.
