Sheana has traveled to New Orleans pre and

post Katrina as a chef and friend of New Orleans.

The city of New Orleans, the culture, the cuisine and sprit has inspired me both personally and professionally

in my day to day life in Sonoma.

In February 2008 Sheana &her daughter Karina

traveled to New Orleans.

Together they founded a new friendship as a

Mother & daughter while vowing to visit New Orleans together annually to celebrate Mardi Gras.
